I just devoured Michelle Obama's book "Becoming". I had always wanted to read it. I bought my mom a copy the first week it was out and denied to buy myself one. What really rekindled my interest was the CNN special on First Ladies I saw a few weeks earlier. She is truly a class act.

It occurred to me that we are all evolving, constantly becoming. What we chose to become is always up to us. Mrs. Obama proved it. Like I was saying, we are constantly changing and constantly evolving. It slides into that BETTER LIFE theme. Constantly changing, never settling, ignoring nay-sayers, and striving for excellence are abilities we all have and should use. You must be willing to fight for your better life. That life is just not going to fall into your lap.

You must make changes in you, to toughen yourself, be prepared to whether the storms. Mrs. Obama, said something in her book that truly leans to her character. She was quoted as saying, "Do we settle for the world as it is, or do we work for the world as it should be?” That is a question that we should be asking ourselves.

Starting with your better life, you help to create a better world. Once you are happy, you positively contribute to the world. remember, the world needs what you have to offer. Fnd the best version of yourself, figure out what you have to do to achieve your goal, and make it happen. You must believe you can do it.

Always remember. you are special, God uniquely made you, never worry about what any person says about you, or what is done to you. It's gonna hurt but realize you can either take the pain and move forward or take the pain and stay stagnet. Understand their is pain in both scenarios. Choose correctly.

In Essence, we are becoming everyday we are alive, we just have to ask, what are we becoming? Hopefully that better version of ourselves

I will end his with another quote by Mrs. Obama. She stated, "You may live in the world as it is, but you can still work to create the world as it should be.”
