KEEP IT MOVING. NEVER STOP BECAUSE LIFE NEVER STOPS (UNTIL YOUR IN THE GRAVE)


Energy never dies, it simply transforms into another form. Tai Chi, a martial arts form of both combat and meditation, place heavy value on movement. Moving can be difficult, when you have been in a state of perceived stagnation for long periods of time. A Chinese proverb stresses this fact.


It states, "Be not afraid of growing slowly. Be afraid of standing still." In that same article in Movementpsy.com (nd), It discussed Rudolf Laban's theory on movement. Laban says, "that every movement is controlled and directed by sub-conscious states are either direct or open, obscure or obfuscated or conflicted; and conversely, that movement itself can evoke a desired motion." The Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis, which has been studied by psychologist, sociologist and other professionals, lets us know that everything continuously moves.


It is a fact that some sharks must stay in constant movement or they will die. Humans are similar is that fashion because if they stop moving, they mentally die. it may be tiresome to keep moving but the alternative is ugly. It is your choice.
